Great Wyrley Performing Arts High School is an ambitious, forward-thinking community secondary school. As a high performing specialist school we require our ICT provision to meet the high aspirations of our students, staff and parents. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Network Manager who works well in a busy and demanding environment.



The curriculum network is 500+ workstations and the Administration network of 20 workstations. The curriculum and administration networks are run by a cluster of servers currently running on 2003 server with windows XP operating systems on the workstations, Active Directory and email systems.




It is likely that successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:


- Ability to learn quickly.


- Ability to sustain a high level of customer satisfaction


- Leadership skills and excellent communication skills


- Keep extensive records of network organisation


- Ability to employ and adapt current expertise to the specific needs found within an educational environment.
