Job Purpose:
This is an outbound sales role in the £multi-billion recruitment market, where we'll give you all the support you could ever want. The important thing is that you're able to match the right product to the customer's needs.

Your key responsibility will be to sell a portfolio of advertising on the MyJobGroup family of websites to new business clients. Locally you will take pride in seeling recruitment solutions across three sites, MyBirminghamJobs, MyWestMidlandsJobs & MyCoventryJobs

Who will this role suit:
As a B2B telesales New Business professional working out of our new state of the art ofice near Birmingham Airport, your drive, determination and belief in our product will be an important part of your success story with MyJobGroup. This outbound telesales role is target-driven and requires B2B telesales experience, and once trained you will also have the opportunity to manage acounts.

We are looking for a good understanding of new business in a B2B environment, and a determination to be successful. Are you able to successfully:

Gain new business by prospecting and making calls accordingly?

Recognise clients online needs whilst providing appropriate commercial solutions?

Meet KPIs?

Person Specification:
You should possess:

Excellent sales skills (min 6 months experience / B2B essential)

Highly motivated and disciplined

Ability to work in a dynamic, vibrant and competitive atmosphere

A proven track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently

Ability to acquire new business effectively

This is a company where the sales people do not leave, where last quarter every sales person hit their targets and bonus, where for the last nine months over 80% of the sales force are over target.
