Our client sells electric fittings and products to retail and trade. The Birmingham office is based in Hockley, having several offices nationwide.
They are looking to recruit a 1st line support IT helpdesk adviser to join their IT team in the Hockley office.
Your role will be to provide first line IT support, supporting networks across the region. You will be logging support requests calls, tracking calls, chase uncompleted requests, and generally supporting the IT department. As a helpdesk adviser, you maybe required from time to time to visit local offices in the Birmingham area and set up new PC’s within the branch.
For this role you will need to have experience working on an IT helpdesk or in a 1st line TI support role.
The hours of work are 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
