Ford Garretts Green
£20,000, £35,000 OTE with uncapped bonus, plus company benefits and Company Car

Role & Responsibilities
The primary objective of this role is to achieve ambitious growth in aftersales through the generation of new aftersales business. As the Aftersales Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new aftersales opportunities for the dealership(s), pushing to build strong customer relationships. You will generate new leads, prepare pitches/presentations and work on key projects to maximise new business and profitability.
Responsibilities include:
Generating Gross Profit: To deliver gross profit in line with the business plan by generating new aftersales business and maximising opportunities through prospectiong and customer care
Departmental Expenditure: To monitor and control costs in line with the business plan whilst maintaining quality standards and Customer service.
Data quality: To ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with Group standards.
Manufacturer Franchise Standards: To ensure that the manufacturer’s standards are adhered to at all times.
Health and Safety: To ensure that a safe working environment is maintained in line with the Company’s Health & Safety policy.
Marketing Strategy: To maximise the effectiveness of Group and Manufacturer initiatives and to develop a local marketing strategy with the GM to drive market penetration.

Although sales is the primary skill we are looking for, experience of service and parts would be highly advantageous. You must be committed to achieving excellence.
