Telesales Consultant
Area Birmingham City Centre
Basic Salary £22,000
On Target Earnings £32,910 (Uncapped – top performers earn considerably more)
We are looking for the best Media Telesales Consultants in the marketplace and we pay top salaries to find them. You will have a demonstrable track record of working in a solutions based or portfolio sales environment with proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

We are looking for people with the following experience:
18 months working within an outbound sales environment dealing directly with customers and working towards deadlines / results / targets
•Solution based telesales of packaged business leads to increase revenue, customer growth and satisfaction.
* Identification and acquisition of prospect business to generate new revenue.
* To meet and exceed telesales quality and customer satisfaction targets.
* Use relevant tools to demonstrate proven value of products to influence the sale.
•Demonstrable success in an outbound target driven telesales environment.
* Efficient planning and time management capability
* Business acumen and commercial awareness.
* An engaging persona with credible rapport building capabilities.
