Snr/Recruitment Consultant - Education - Birmingham

Position

• Superb opportunity for an experienced Senior/Consultant to join this successful team to further strengthen and develop their established Education brand, focussing on either a Primary or Secondary desk.
• Will report into the Head of Education in the Birmingham location
• Looking for the successful candidate to grow business and develop your market by securing new business, whilst ensuring existing client's are well serviced

Requirement

• Ideally a minimum if 12-18 months recruitment experience in any sector, although Education recruitment experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Education or Health/Social Care recruiters will have an advantage as you will already be used to working in a sector that has to adhere to government legislations and compliance as well as CRB checking etc..
• Must demonstrate a high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels.
• An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• React in a targeted environment
