Job Description
Start the New Year with a new job and a new career in IT sales lead generation.
The feedback from candidates we have placed is that this is an excellent company to work for with prospects.
Ideally you need to have come from an outbound calling, telemarketing, or telesales environment.
This is a secure permanent role which is office based, not a call centre.
This is a company that we have worked with for some years, it is a fast moving fun organization to work for.
They are based in Edgbaston which is easy to get to by road, bus or train.
All of the candidates we have placed in the company have earned excellent commission - some earning £5-£8K in their first year. The commission is uncapped.
Several of the candidates we have placed have progressed into senior roles.
The job requires energy, enthusiasm, good attention to detail and the ability to listen well. You will be promoting products and services on behalf of large clients.
These products include Robotic Automation, Software Solutions, Packaging Machinery, Warehouse and Retail Bar-Coding Solutions
This role will require you to speak to clients at director level, you will also need to be assertive - still being down to earth, rather than robotic while speaking on the phone.
It takes time, tact and a degree of professionalism to build relationships with senior managers in large corporations. Your goal is to generate interest with them in the products and to make appointments for field sales agents.
