Snr/ Recruitment Consultant – Engineering & Technical - Birmingham

£20k - £25k basic (neg.) Uncapped commission Pension Private Healthcare Life assurance 23 days holiday Benefits Company * A leading multi-site recruitment business with strategically placed UK offices * Specialist across a range of diverse vertical markets * Outstanding In-House training, development and career progression for talented and dedicated individuals Position * Experienced Senior/Consultant is required to help strengthen their Engineering division in Birmingham * Full 360 role specialising in placing disciplines at all levels across various sectors including but not limited to Manufacturing (Food/Non Food), Power & Process, Utilities, Oil & Gas/Petrochemical etc… * Will report into the Branch Manager who has enjoyed a long and stable career within recruitment and been at the company for 6 years * Looking for the successful candidate to grow business and develop your desk by securing new business, whilst ensuring existing client's are well serviced Requirement * Ideally a minimum 12-18 months  recruitment experience Perm/Contracts within Technical/Engineering recruitment * You will be articulate, enthusiastic and able to sell at all levels * A self starter with the desire to progress their career, demonstrate good sales and be consistent biller * An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team * React in a targeted environment
