Branch Manager - High Street - Birmingham

Position  

• This will suit either a 'non billing Branch Manager’, responsible for a team of 2TC’s & 2PC’s, who is able to motivate and develop teams to ensure maximum profits, or, it could equally suit a 'billing PERM Team Leader’ who will be tasked with growing and developing the perm division separately and ring fenced away from the temps business
• The role has full P&L responsibility and will require creative and strategic management skills to help develop and take this busy branch forward, in a highly competitive market
• You will become part of an energetic and dynamic team, determined to further develop and grow the team 

Requirements  

• You will ideally have at least 2 years management experience, preferably within Commercial/High Street recruitment 
• You will have the ongoing passion and desire to succeed within the recruitment industry, and the ambition to further your career
• Sales minded and self-starting, with natural leadership qualities you will possess the relevant personal management skills to drive your branch forward
