Job Description
The main aim of the role is to efficiently and effectively recover any monies due on the consumer loans portfolios. This will involve dealing with both verbal and written communication with customers on aspects relating to debt recovery activities on their loans. A high level of commitment and self motivation is required.
Examine and analyse overdue accounts and determines the appropriate action.Verify the elements of the arrears and obtain instructions regarding their recovery.Contact those customers in arrears by telephone in order to achieve the best possible payment plan.
