Job Responsibilities:
As a warehouse team manager, you will be:
- Coordinating and monitoring the daily operations of the team to ensure productivity is met
- Managing all employee relation issues
- Ensuring health and safety legislations are adhered to
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to the team
Preferred Skills:
- Previous team management experience is essential
- Experience within coaching and developing a team
Personal Attributes:
- Strong organisational skills
- Team player
- Good PC literacy

Normal working week is 37.5hours working either 2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am usually
