Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Trainee Consultants to support the continued growth of the business. As a Trainee you will be responsible initially for supporting clients through the delivery of candidates for vacancies. The role is very telephone based and involves speaking to candidates to qualify their suitability against a clients brief. The role offers training and development and a career path to Consultant level. The ideal candidate will have strong academic record, excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate excellence within their peer group. As a Consultant you will be responsible for building a recruitment desk in either contract or perm recruitment. You will either already be working in recruitment or looking for an opportunity to further your career in a truly progressive global organisation or be in a B2B solution led sales role and looking to join an industry that offers significant earning potential.
