Job Description
Our client, a large Legal Services provider, is currently looking for a number of Team Leaders to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining strict SLA\'s and ensuring that your team is achieving set goals. In order to achieve this you will be responsible for target setting, setting up reward and recognition packages, issuing disciplinaries and all other aspects of making sure your team runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.
You must be able to demonstrate proven experience of coaching and mentoring, with strong IT skills and a proven history of success. My client is particularly interested in seeing achievements from previous roles. Ideally you will come from a financial or legal based background.
