Job Description

This magnificent hotel set in several acres of landscaped gardens situated in the West Midlands are currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to enhance their existing brigade. The property has a fine dining restaurant which serves mainly French cuisine which has been highly reviewed in the guide books. The hotel also has facilities for small conference and banqueting. The property are looking to drive the food offering forward and achieve further rosettes.

The Role:- You will be required to assist the Head Chef and brigade in the running of a clean, efficient and profitable kitchen in order to maintain and exceed customer satisfaction and increase the profile of the restaurant and hotel. You will also be responsible for your own section of the kitchen, in addition to motivating and inspiring your team and make sure that all staff are trained to the highest of standards

Qualification/Experience:- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 3 rosette accredited property. All candidates should have strong leadership skills, with a creative and hard working nature. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent.
