Job Description

A quality Chef de Partie with rosette background is required for this forward-thinking Gastro pub in the Herefordshire area! We are looking for a creative and career minded individual who wants to take their next step on the ladder in a modern British establishment.

The Role:-

You will be responsible for the running of sections of this award winning kitchen. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs and managing your own section within the kitchen. You will be reporting to the kitchens Head Chef.

Qualification/Experience:-

The ideal candidate will require previous experience within a 2 rosette accredited property. You will also have NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate and a passion and enthusiasm to progress.
