Job Description
Our client, a leading financial services organisation currently have an opening for an experienced Business Analyst to assist the HR/Training workstream lead in:
- Determining and progress deliverables to address the People, Organisation Design & Training Impacts related to the changes implemented by the programme.
- Coordinating applicable HR deliverables including any internal and external communications
- Determining and documenting Training requirements for all areas impacted by the project
- Liaising with appropriate areas to design training materials to address changes, including producing documentation for input into training
The successful candidate will have the proven ability to produce high standard of written communication and have excellent analysis skills
Previous Business Analyst experience within HR is highly desirable
This role will be based in Birmingham but will require travel to other sites 1/2 days a week.
