Job Description
An Estate Agent / Lettings Agent is needed to join this independent property specialist in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, as an Estate Agency Valuer / Lister.
One of the UK’s most successful independent property specialists is now looking for an Estate Agency Valuer / Lister.
Location: Stoke-on-Trent Town Centre, Staffordshire
Salary: £12-17K Plus Commission, OTE £25K. Mileage Allowance
The successful Estate Agency Valuer / Lister will possess:
€¢ Experience of the complete Estate Agency Sales and Lettings process, valuing and listing properties, compiling inventories, dealing with customer enquiries, viewings and progressing sales
€¢ The main focus will be winning new business via canvassing, cold calling and networking, so the ability to work independently and a ‘need to succeed’ mentality are essential
€¢ Local area knowledge
€¢ FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR
