** Dynamic Nurses required for Nutritional Nurse Advisor roles covering Birmingham **We are currently recruiting Adult Nurses to join our brilliant team of Nutritional Nurse Advisors who work in an energetic and rewarding culture - MON-FRI!. These roles would suit nurses who are looking for a new challenge, whilst maintaining their clinical skills and patient contact!The full-time role involves:* Ensuring that the nurses in the hospital and in the community are trained on the products and that the patients are cared for correctly.* Liaising with the dietician when patients are being discharged back into the community.* Making sure the patient/carer know when supplies are delivered and what their role is in the maintenance* Keeping updated records on patient notes/training etc* Managing a caseload of patient discharges, and their maintenance within the community* Recognising opportunities where patients could benefit from a "nutritional feed"The package is competitive and includes basic salary, company car, reg fees, health insurance and annual bonus!If this sounds of interest to you, please apply below.
