Our client are a private prison services group based within the Wythall area. They are currently seeking two experienced Occupational Health Advisors to join there team.

Skills Required:
•Specific refined skills in remote case management.
•Experience in liaising with a peripatetic team serving multiple locations.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills over the telephone to be able to influence and gain the support of line managers, HR Managers and employees throughout client organisations.
•Good organisational skills both to manage own workload and the workflow within the NSC team and provider organisations.
•Problem solving skills to devise workable solutions to the occupational health issues identified.
•Computer literate.

You will need to have a minimum of two years experience of working within occupation health and be experienced in absense/case management. You must be a registered nurse or hold a occupation health diploma/degree.
