Key to our success is that our retail staff have the knowledge and expertise to talk to customers with confidence about our products. This sales based shop floor position will require you to maintain the highest standards on the sales floor - creating a memorable shopping experience, managing the sales team efficiently within guidelines and maximizing performance by achieving sales targets. You will also ensure that the Brand and its products are portrayed at the highest standard. On occasions you may be required to deputise for the Assistant Store Manager in the daily running of the store.

Ideally you will have existing retail experience preferably in a fashion/lifestyle orienteered brand, using till systems and focusing on delivering excellent customer service. You must be sales and target focused, demonstrate enthusiasm and passion. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent product presentation, stock replenishment re-orders and team motivation. Other responsibilities include taking care of deliveries and the admin involved, merchandising and housekeeping as well as to reporting on product and sales.
