A large company in Coventry are looking for an Accounts Receivable Portfolio Manager to start as soon as possible. This role is temporary for 9 months with a strong possibility of it being extended for the right candidate. It is essential you have experience working within an Accounts Receivable department and strong excel skills are also required.

Duties Include:

- Maintaining customer relationships after the point of sale
- Providing an aftercare service
- Follow up and resolve high volumes of customer queries
- Maintaining a debtor spreadsheet and to log information on to Excel spread sheets
- Dealing with complex customer queries
