In your role as Support Worker for older adults services you will be required to:
Provide personal care to older adults
Administer medication
Provide care plans
Work individually and as part of a team
Assist with meal times and on outings from the units.
To be considered for this Support Worker (older people) role you will need to:
Have experience in the care of older adults and adults with learning/ physical disabilities
Have an NVQ Level 2 or higher in health and social care
Possess mandatory certificates including manual handling, fire safety, medication training, food hygiene etc.
