National Home Safety Equipment Scheme (NHSES) Project Administrator
fixed term contract until 31st March 2011
£16-18K (depending on experience)
Birmingham location
35 hours per week.

Reporting to the NHSES Project Manager the post holder will provide a central contact point for the project and support the NHSES in all of its administration duties. This will include setting up and managing databases, producing data for monthly performance management reports, processing orders for equipment and liaison with local schemes.
The ideal candidates will:-
• Have experience in office procedures and administration
• Have the Ability to work on own initiative
• Be computer literate and experienced in establishing and managing databases
• Have a good telephone manner and ability to communicate at all levels
