An experienced Assistant Accountant is required for a successful organisation based in Coventry. This is an interim assignment for a period of seven months.

You will have strong knowledge of both financial and management accounting, manufacturing experience is desirable.

Duties include:
• Processing monthly management accounts including budgets and forecasting
• Consignment stock management and stock counts
• Preparing the statutory accounts for year end audit and Auditor liaison
• Maintaining the fixed asset register
• VAT returns and statistical returns
• Ad hoc miscellaneous financial reporting

This role will be ideally suited to a hands on Accountant with excellent Excel skills. QBEs, Part Qualified and Qualified Accountants will all be considered.
