IT Trainer – Birmingham - £22K - £29K

My client, a large professional services organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced IT Trainer to delivery regional IT training to staff at Birmingham, Nottingham and Cardiff offices with Birmingham as a base location.

The successful candidate will work as part of the local, regional and national IT Teams and report to the IT Training Team Leader. You will be responsible for delivering training courses on a one-to-one, group or virtual basis using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be required to train delegates on a variety of Microsoft and specialised applications and will need to liaise with HR teams to organise and deliver IT induction training, train both desktop and mobility solutions and to develop courseware.

You will need to be able to demonstrate a strong training background within IT from a similar professional services organisation. You need to be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver 1:1 training as well as classroom based training and be able to train senior level staff.

You will need a high knowledge level of Windows XP, Office 2002, Outlook 2003 along with laptops and remote solutions. Ideally you will be TAP accredited.
