With that in mind we are now looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to support growth, retention and development of our people.

As HRBP you will report directly to the UK Head of Strategic HR who is based in our Shared Service Centre in Luton, but you will support the business line directors and management team across the UK to drive through our one company philosophy, working in partnership with them to put in place a strategic HR plan that includes resourcing, employee relations and the development of talent to ensure that we deliver our business plans here in the UK.
