Who we are looking for – Assistant Pub Manager
Our Assistant Pub Managers are real local heroes; someone who wants to really be part of the community, whether that’s raising money for the local charity, getting involved with the local schools or playing in the pub sports team. You will work in a high profile role alongside the manager to lead, motivate and develop the whole team and have a passion for standards and service excellence with great product knowledge. A financial understanding to positively impact sales and profits would be required along with the personality to help create the most successful business in your local marketplace. If you have at least one year’s pub management experience and have managed a team of up to 10 people; have the drive and ambition to learn and be trained further in pub management and want to run your own pub in the future, then come and talk to us.
