We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for our corporate client based in Birmingham City Centre.
Some of the duties included within this position will consist of:
*Induction of new starters
*Overseeing HR systems and the database
*Analysing data to ensure accuracy and efficiency of the department.
*Reviewing and updating all HR processes and policies
*Leading, directing and developing the team
*Performance management and appraisals
*Recommending and implementing HR strategies to support the business
*Supporting management with Grievance and disciplinary issues
*Attending Forums to continue with best practice within the team
For this exciting varied opportunity you will be an HR professional who has previous managerial experience. You will be a motivator and have the determination and desire to be the best. You will have all the basic knowledge of HR functions and will be proficient in Employee Law. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are both a must, as is your ability to cope under pressure. You will ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards your qualification.
