Experienced Lab Technician required to support the Science Department within a well established Secondary school in South Birmingham. At least 6 months experience within a Lab environment is essential. Current CRB is desired however not necessary.
The work mainly involves providing technical support, ensuring that equipment is functioning properly and ready to use, and that the right materials are available for particular lessons. Sometimes laboratory technicians will work closely with students demonstrating experiments, help teachers with a class or support individual students on research projects. This is a full time, long term position and will require you to be flexible and committed.
