COLLECTIONS ADVISORS
Solihull City Centre, £13k - £16k + excellent bonus
With experience gained in a similar or telesales based role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls in relation to arrears. Whilst a strong focus should be placed on the complete recovery of debts, your approach in doing so is just as vital. Which is where your excellent communication, relationship building and negotiation skills come in - taking the time to understand each customers financial circumstances when proposing tailored re-payment plans.
